This could be due to a number of things. Please review the following:

Are your submissions in the “accepted” status?

Are your judges assigned to groups? Are your submissions also assigned to groups?

Do you have your evaluation start date beyond today on your Profile page underneath
the Event Details tab?

Underneath the Groups/Divisions section within the Event Details tab, have you
managed your assignments in such a way that doesn’t assign submissions to a certain
judge/judges?
- i.e., “Automatically Assign All Reviewers to All Submissions” vs. “I Would Like to Assign the Submissions to Each Reviewer.”
